Porch Swing

Our new surroundings have allowed a discovery for a love of things I would never have thought I would enjoy.  Porch swings for one. Let me clarify, we do not currently have one, we have adirondack chairs. We sit out on the porch and watch Harper play, watch the happenings on the street, and talk. Usually drink in hand. Wouldn't it be great to do all of this with the added soft rhythm of a swing? Plus it's easier to cuddle.

I have not heard of any reason that porch swings may be a bad idea. I'm always interested in personal experiences, so please share if you have them.

    Who wouldn't love a porch swing if it looked like that!
    Never had one, I imagine it's a little like a hammock :)

      Oooh, good point! I agree about the porch swing in the picture. Looks like a cross between a bed and a bench.
