The wind has started to pick up at night. When we got up yesterday morning, it threw things around and made a pretty good mess. It was time to clean up and pick some herbs that were finally looking like they were ready to be used. Last night was tacos, and the cilantro we grew decided to join us. So far, we only have cilantro, rosemary, and mint. I would like to add thyme to our mini garden as well.
What plans do you have for your garden? Or wishes for when you do have one? I have a long laundry list of veg, but we don't have the raised planter bed ready yet...so we wait.
I'm getting excited for sunchokes and fava beans. Hopefully they will have them at the farmers market soon.
