Last night we worked on our gingerbread house. It took some patience in the beginning, because I purchased the make it all yourself option...next time, I think getting the already constructed version may be a good idea. After waiting the hour for the icing to dry on the walls, I added the roof, another 30 minutes and then we could finally start to decorate. By the time the candy was being applied Harp forgot all about the torturous waiting. Plus, there was a lot of candy eating between placement.
