Weekend

We had another adventure this weekend. After some work commitments in Los Angeles on Friday, we hung out with some friends and went to the Venice Canal Boat Parade. It was warm out this year, so no need to be bundled, but it was still a great time.

This week should be a bit crazy. I have to start and finish gift shopping. Sigh. I kind of wish this year we weren't giving gifts. Seems more work than is worth it. I look forward to food and hanging out. Of course gifts for the littles, but otherwise, let it be. I believe it is too late to establish that this year.  We will be traveling quite a bit over the holidays, so maybe that is why I am feeling more overwhelmed than usual.
