Pretty Things: Craft Flair Dress

I loooove this dress. It is out of stock, but they will re-order based on demand...so of course I put in my request for re-order. It is hard to find a summer dress that doesn't have a plunging back or front and that is simple with a great graphic.

Has anyone ordered from Mod Cloth before? Do they run small? I'm between a M or L. I don't need things to fit snug!
