We just came back from the store with pumpkin butter, maple cookies, and pumpkin ice cream. Tony hates pumpkin. It's a travesty. I looooove it. Being the sweet husband he is, he still makes pumpkin pie. He never tries it, but it always turns out great. I'll let you know when the pie making begins.
I think the decorations will be hauled down from the attic this weekend. Now that we have a porch (I don't think saying that will ever get old), I have been pining things over here for inspiration. I'll let you know what we come up with.
My mom is visiting, so we took a trip to the pumpkin patch yesterday. Brought home some goodies in pumpkin form and some gourds. Yipeeee!

I was lucky and got to join my family pick pumpkins from a real pumpkin patch. Much more fun then picking pumpkins from a store or parking lot plus Harper picked out special pumpkins for me. Actually she is holding them in her hands in the picture. LOVE the holidays.
