The house renovations continue, but we are trying to incorporate some more fun activities as well. We are going to go apple picking this weekend and I have to say I am looking forward it. The weather is supposed to cool off in the next few days and there is promise of rain. My fingers will remain crossed until it happens.
The house is almost functional. It seems like we have been saying that for two weeks and we still continue the mantra. We are itching to get our decorations out of boxes. Right now it is just the base, no personality, which is surprisingly difficult. It doesn't feel like it is our place just yet. Although last night, it felt great to come home. I woke up feeling like a very lucky lady to have such an amazing family.
