Since Tony drives to Santa Barbara once a week for work, he has been downloading podcasts. We usually talk about them over the weekend. In general, they are interesting and make for great conversation. I started listening too, NPR, Freakanomics, and This American Life are at the top of the list. Serial just came out, and so far, so good. I waver whether he did it or not. At the moment, I think yes. But this changes at least twice during every episode.
I downloaded a free Iphone podcast app. It easy and quick. I may be late to the whole podcast thing, but I have really enjoyed it. It's like reading a book, only not. Much quicker. Much more accessible for a person without too much personal time. Some are funny, like the one about online dating, some are oddly engrossing, like the one about the amazon fulfillment warehouse. Plus, Tony and I can listen to it together during car trips.
